The old house itself has 6 rooms, including one superior room, all equipped with every comfort. The rooms are all non-smoking and have central heating, air conditioning, a television, fridge/bar, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and courtesy toiletry set. 

The annexe, I Noccioli, has two  apartments for 2 people with a double room, private bathroom with a large shower, a complete kitchen and living room with a sofa opened on the private garden.

 The room rates includes à la carte breakfast with entirely homemade biscuits and pastries, fruit juice, yoghurt, fresh fruit, Umbrian cold cuts and cheese. In winter, breakfast is served in front of a crackling fire, while on warm sunny days it is served on the veranda and in the garden.
