The three Standard double bedrooms, intimate and welcoming, are located in a charming 15th-century farmhouse. One is on the ground floor with a private terrace, another on the mezzanine level with a view of the Tiber Valley, and the third on the first floor, nestled among the branches of a centuries-old oak tree. Featuring chestnut beam ceilings and terracotta floors, they offer a relaxing view of the garden.
Ranging in size from 17 to 20 square meters, each room is furnished with a double bed with Permaflex 160×200 mattresses and double pillows for optimal comfort. The bright bathrooms, all with windows, range from 6 to 7 square meters and include a spacious shower. Every room is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, minibar, hairdryer, olive oil-based courtesy set, and independent air conditioning.
An à la carte breakfast with local products completes the experience, while the Private SPA and the option of late check-out or early check-in, available upon request, make the stay even more exclusive.
