The ancient farmhouse hosts 6 rooms equipped with every comfort.
All rooms are non-smoking and come with heating, air conditioning, TV, minibar, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, courtesy set, and WiFi. One of the rooms is accessible for guests with disabilities.
Rates include an à la carte breakfast featuring exclusively homemade pastries and cookies, fruit juices, yogurt, fresh fruit, Umbrian cold cuts, and cheeses. Guests can enjoy breakfast by the crackling fireplace in winter or outdoors on the veranda and garden during sunny days.
In the Noccioli annex, two apartments are available, each accommodating 2 guests:
The Papavero apartment, approximately 45 sqm, is a studio with a double bed, a single sofa bed in the living area, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment opens onto a beautiful private garden.
The Ciclamino apartment, approximately 45 sqm, consists of a double bedroom with a bathroom featuring a large shower, a living room with a sofa and kitchenette, and a private garden.
