The Superior double bedroom, spacious and welcoming, is located on the first floor of the 15th-century farmhouse (no elevator) and offers a splendid view of the Tiber Valley. With its 29 square meters, it features chestnut beam ceilings, terracotta floors, and two windows that provide natural light and a warm atmosphere. The 9-square-meter entrance area, separated by a door, allows for the addition of a single bed, offering greater versatility.
The 6-square-meter bathroom, with a window overlooking the garden, includes a very spacious shower for maximum comfort. The double bed, with Permaflex 160×200 mattresses and double pillows, ensures a restorative rest. The room is equipped with Wi-Fi, television, minibar, olive oil-based courtesy set, hairdryer, and independent air conditioning to suit every need.
